JeanCarlos Medina founded Medina Law Offices to provide what clients deserve but rarely find: disciplined legal strategy, personal attention, and a relentless commitment to results. A seasoned attorney and former Managing Attorney, Mr. Medina has supervised attorneys, directed legal strategy, and led teams of more than 20 legal professionals. Throughout his career, he has helped recover millions of dollars for injured individuals and families across South Florida. Mr. Medina also brings meaningful courtroom experience, having personally handled several cases through trial, obtaining favorable verdicts. His legal background spans prosecution, personal injury, civil litigation, immigration, and maritime law. In his immigration practice, he has successfully guided individuals and families through the complexities of the United States immigration system, helping clients obtain lawful status, pursue permanent residency, and remain united with their loved ones. Mr. Medina is currently licensed to practice law in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Arizona, and New Jersey.
