JeanCarlos Medina founded Medina Law Offices, P.A. with a clear vision: to combine disciplined legal strategy, personal attention, accessibility, and determined advocacy under one standard of representation.
A seasoned attorney and former Managing Attorney, Mr. Medina has supervised attorneys, directed litigation strategy, and led teams of more than 20 legal professionals. Throughout his career, he has helped recover millions of dollars on behalf of injured individuals and families and has personally handled cases through trial, obtaining favorable verdicts for his clients.
His litigation experience is broad and includes work on both the plaintiff and defense sides of personal injury litigation. Before representing injured clients, Mr. Medina worked in civil defense, handling significant matters in the procedurally demanding federal court system. His experience included the defense of wrongful death claims, catastrophic injury cases arising from vessel and maritime collisions, and product liability matters. That background gives him valuable insight into how defendants, insurers, corporations, and their counsel evaluate exposure, develop defenses, and approach litigation.
Mr. Medina's broader legal background also includes prosecution, civil litigation, immigration, and maritime law, allowing him to approach complex matters with a perspective shaped by multiple areas of practice and both sides of the courtroom.
In his immigration practice, he has guided individuals and families through the complexities of the United States immigration system, assisting clients in pursuing lawful status, permanent residency, humanitarian relief, and opportunities to remain united with their loved ones.
