Circuit Court Mediation Services Will Commence by December 2026
By December 2026 Mr. Medina will serve as a certified circuit court mediator, facilitating resolution of civil disputes with neutrality, professionalism, and a thorough command of Florida civil procedure.
Mediation offers parties an opportunity to resolve disputes efficiently and confidentially, without the cost and uncertainty of trial. Drawing on his extensive litigation background, Mr. Medina will help parties understand the strengths and weaknesses of their respective positions and reach durable, mutually acceptable resolutions.
